Guys, your health is being ATTACKED by 4 toxic dangers that are robbing you of your energy, confidence, libido and happiness.

In fact, they might be making you fat, bloated, tired and heightening your risk of disease as we speak.

Recent research shows that

Field reporter in Mexico during environmental toxicity investigations…

Male sperm count in the last 50 years has decreased 52% (British Medical Journal)

Testosterone levels have dropped worldwide at about 1.5% a year (The Massachusetts Study)

1 in 2 males get cancer (testicular cancer has increased 60% in the last 20 years)

37,000,000 Americans suffer from erectile dysfunction

1 in 4 deaths in the US is because of heart disease

This might be because of these 4 dangers affecting your health:

The first danger is Environmental Toxins.

Our airs and waters are polluted by over 63,000 industrial chemicals. The biggest danger comes from plastics and the xeno-estrogens they leak that are causing men to increase their estrogen levels, lose their prostates, develop man-boobs and fat around the belly.

The 2nd danger is Electromagnetic Radiation

We all carry radiation-emitting cell phones in our pockets and often times we work with other wifi devices sitting on our laps, like tablets and laptops. This radiation has been linked to lower sperm count and fertility.

The 3rd danger is High Stress Levels

Financial burdens and overloaded time tables stress us out more than ever before. In 2012 over 80% of Americans said they felt under stress. Stress is considered the root cause of 80% of all disease.

The 4th danger is Nutritional Deficiencies

In a world filled with processed foods, high-fructose corn syrup, sugars and genetically modified foods getting healthy nutrients is harder than ever before. Many American men suffer from nutritional deficiencies that are impairing the production of key hormones in their bodies.

The combination of Advanced Test-O-Boost, Zero Age Glutathione and Orvigomax will help you thrive in the face of these growing dangers giving you back your energy, confidence, libido and happiness.

There’s a little known hormone in your body that can help you do the same (and you can safely increase your levels with a new formula)

Young men who have more of it do better in sports, career and earn more money. As expected, the best athletes, investors, politicians and actors have the most.

And here’s the kicker:

Women can intuitively feel if you have enough of it in as little as 6 seconds!

And the more you have of it, the more attracted to you they will be!

What is this miracle hormone you ask? Testosterone.

It’s the #1 hormone for males and responsible for our beards, deep voices, strong muscles and… penises.

We enjoy the highest levels of testosterone around 25 yo when we’re full of energy and unstoppable… and by age 70 we lose 90% of that goodness…

Although the medical community doesn’t like talking about this ‘andropause’, Hollywood actors have recognized this change long ago. These days many of them are using herbal supplements to boost their testosterone levels… (Click here for the all natural solution to increasing your testosterone – Risk FREE)

Why? Because, once you’re past your 30 your testosterone levels rapidly decline making you feel stressed, gain weight and lose your sex drive.

In contrast, middle-aged men with lots of testosterone are relaxed, sleep better, have lots of energy and in better health. Testosterone also helps you stay lean and enjoy a strong sex life with rock hard erections…

Now, even if you’re not past your prime yet there’s something you should know: Our testosterone levels are at the lowest in the last 100 years! Here’s a few reasons why.

Keeping your cell phone in your pocket next to your jewels wrecks your hormones. The same goes for electronic devices on your lap (ex: laptops, iPads).

Drinking hot fluids from plastic containers or using plastic forks and knives for your meals also lowers your testosterone and increases your estrogen levels (a cancer-causing female hormone)

Chronic stress decreases your testosterone even further… and our modern society has plenty of it. So do diets rich in sugars (soft drinks, desserts, white bread) and poor in nutrients… In fact, 90% of Americans are deficient in key vitamins and minerals.

That’s why men all over the world are hurting and feel that something is missing. That something is a cry for a testosterone boost.

Fortunately, there’s a risk free way to increase your testosterone today.

Click here for the all natural solution to increasing your testosterone – Risk Free

I’m not talking about dangerous steroids or hormone laced creams that could leave you with saggy man boobs. I’m talking about effective medicinal herbs that are 100% natural and free of unwanted side effects.

Out of all these herbs, the most powerful one is Tongkat Ali. It’s been used for millennia from China to Japan to help men with depression, erectile dysfunction and more…

Known to increase penis size in Malaysia, the plant underwent clinical trials from 2002 to 2011 and the results have been astounding… It can increase free testosterone levels by up to 400% in vitro!

A few limited risk free trials bottles have been made available for men all over the world to try it and feel the effects for themselves…

Try it out today risk free and have it delivered to your door. If you don’t like it, don’t pay for it or send it back for a refund.

These fats are called essential, not because they are important or necessary (though they are), but because your body doesn’t produce them on its own, so it is essential that you get them in your diet. Omega-3 fatty acids can be found in fatty fish, nuts, and some plant sources

One study looked at women who regularly use fish-oil supplements, the most common omega-3 supplements on the market. It found that women who took the supplements daily had a 32% reduced risk of developing the most common form of breast cancer.

The study selected just over 35,000 post-menopausal women and interviewed them about their supplementation practices. After following the women for six years, 880 had developed breast cancer, but the risk was definitely lower for the fish-oil consumers.

Another related study examining the inclusion of omega-3′s in a diet for breast cancer patients examined the relationship between omega-3 fats and breast cancer outcomes. It found that women who consumed the most EPA and DHA (omega-3s) had a 26 – 28% reduced risk for breast cancer recurrence than those women who consumed the least amount of the fats.

One major difference between the two studies was that the first looked specifically at fish oil supplements and the second was specific to dietary sources of omega 3 fats. As a matter of fact, in the second study, researchers found no link between supplements and breast cancer outcomes.

So, what does this mean for you? While the first study used fish oil supplements, it did not preclude dietary sources of omega 3 fats as being any less useful. Because the second study did find that supplements weren’t as effective as the food sources, you would likely be better off getting your omega 3 fats from food in order to see the most promising breast cancer prevention and treatment results.

The best sources of these fats are fish. But as with any fish, being cautious about mercury consumption is important. Fortunately, some of the fish with the highest levels of omega-3 fats also have the lowest levels of mercury. Salmon and sardines are perhaps the best of both worlds. Also, if you aren’t a fish-eater, include plant based sources like flax seeds, walnuts, and even tofu occasionally.

Is Food Coloring Bad for You? All of those brightly colored cereals, candies, and drinks that are marketed to children are hurting them, and this is widely recognized as true. But food companies continue to pump the petroleum-derived artificial colors into foods and no one has done anything about it. A report from the Center for Science in the Public Interest highlights (CSPI) the dangers of these additives and asks why the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) hasn’t done more to stop them.

Is Food Coloring Bad for You? Why you Shouldn’t Consume Artificial Colors

According to the report, Food Dyes- A Rainbow of Risks, food manufacturers put about 15 million pounds of artificial colors into our food every single year. Since 1955, our consumption of these dyes has risen five-times. And while we think of the rainbow-colored sweet cereals, kid-friendly yogurts, and sugared drinks as being the biggest offenders, artificial colors are found in a wide variety of the food we eat.
These dyes have been linked to allergic reactions, hyperactivity in children, and even cancer. The FDA itself has even recognized Red 3 as being a carcinogenic dye, but has yet to take it off the market.

The Grocery Manufacturers Association has continually spoken out against the criticisms, saying food dyes are perfectly safe, saying science has found “no demonstrable link” between dyes and hyperactivity in children. But, if you have a child with ADHD or know a health-wise person who does, there’s a good chance you’ve heard a first-hand account on how food colors can affect their child’s behavior.

Is food coloring bad for you? The FDA has banned artificial colors in the past. In 1950, they banned Orange No. 1 after numerous children fell ill after eating Halloween candy. Next, they banned Red No. 2 in 1976 after it was suspected to be carcinogenic.

But the CSPI says that all of the most popular food colorings are contaminated with cancer-causing agents.

It’s obvious the FDA knows these additives are not completely safe. After all, they do not allow companies to claim that any dyes are “generally recognized as safe” (GRAS), and require that every single batch of food dyes be tested and certified to ensure it meets current legal standards.

In recent years, as some consumers have become more conscious of the potential poisons in their food, some food manufacturers have responded by using natural colors, including those made from vegetable dyes (like beets). But, the largest food makers and the rainbow-colored kiddie treats are certainly not yet following the trend.

Is food coloring bad for you? You bet.

Low back pain and pelvic discomfort can be nearly unbearable in the latter stages of pregnancy. But, research has shown that pregnancy back pain relief can be achieved by using ear acupuncture. According to Reuters health, a study published in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology found pregnant women who use acupuncture experienced “significant reductions” in such pain.

Pregnancy Back Pain Relief and Ear Acupuncture

The women in the study were given three needles placed at specific acupuncture points in their ears. They wore them for one week. Eighty-one percent of the women in that group experienced a 30 percent or greater reduction in pain.
Other women were given acupuncture needles in “sham” points in the ear (those that shouldn’t have any pain-relieving results). Fifty-nine percent of this group experienced pain reduction of 30 percent or more. In the control group, with no needles used, pregnancy back pain relief of 30% or more was experienced by 47 percent of the women.

All of the women were encouraged to use self-care during the period of the study. This means they were instructed to use things like rest, over the counter pain medication, and hot and cold packs.

The greatest number of women reporting to be “pain free” was in the acupuncture group. Thirty-seven percent were pain free while 22 percent of the “sham” group and 9 percent of the control group were.

The study has two important findings: first, that acupuncture can offer significant pain relief in pregnant women, and second that even self-care methods can offer relief.

Acupuncture is a relatively inexpensive procedure, and can be used for a variety of things. For pregnant women in particular, however, it is promising that a drug-free method of pain relief is so effective.

The only reported side effect in the study was tenderness in the ear, where the acupuncture needles were used.

Scientists involved in the study believe more research is needed “to explore whether extended continuous ear acupuncture yields a more sustained effect and determine the characteristics of acupuncture responders vs. nonresponders.”

Typically, an acupuncture treatment doesn’t require the long term wearing of needles. However, there seem to be no ill effects from doing so, and possibly greater positive effects. Discussing this option with your own acupuncture provider can help you determine if such practice could give you intensified results from your regular treatments.

If you have never used acupuncture treatment before for pregnancy back pain relief, now is the tim

Upon entering any gym you may find that at least a fraction, if not the majority, of it’s inhabitants are unable to workout properly. The issue of exercising incorrectly, if done over a long period of time especially, could result in critical injury. But even while there is so much information available on the subject of exercising correctly, some people still don’t accept any change. Are you training the wrong way, too? Utilize these workout tips while learning what improper training is, and what proper training is.

Learning How to Workout

Some people simply don’t understand how important proper form is when executing an exercise. If you are only able to use five pounds with perfect form, don’t upgrade to 30lbs in hopes of not looking physically weak. Although sacrificing form for increased weight can be turned into a weight lifting technique, you must learn how to execute the technique properly in order to really benefit.

Of course there is not a “perfect form” that can be applied when performing every exercise. In reality, each exercise has a different starting position, follow through, and stopping position. While it is impossible to apply to every exercise, there are a few workout tips worth knowing in order to figure out if you’re working out the wrong way.

Workout Tips

Am I swinging back and forth excessively? You shouldn’t be.

Am I feeling the contraction (burn) in my targeted muscle group(s)? You should be.

Does any part of my body hurt that I’m not working? None should.

Is my back straight? Generally, it should be.

Don’t hold your breath (literally)

This may be the most important tip of all the workout tips to know as a beginner, as not knowing this information could lead to serious problems. In fact, breathing incorrectly could be deadly. In order for your brain to function properly, you need sufficient oxygen intake.. This requirement for oxygen is heightened when exercising, as your body is working extremely hard to expend energy. To breath properly and avoid this mistake, the important overall goal is to make sure you’re taking in air. While weight lifting, inhale while letting the weight down, and exhale as you lift it. For a cardiovascular workout, breath naturally and as fully as possible. Don’t make this deadly mistake.

How long to workout

There is a general misconception that if you train for hours at a time, you know how to train. Some people insist on exercising for hours when results could be achieved by working out for under an hour. Decades ago, serious bodybuilders and weight lifters would train for at least 3 hours a day – sometimes twice a day. Since then, there has been a breakthrough in exercise science and there is now compelling information that shows working out for less time could equal more gains. Research also shows that it only takes 15 minutes of exercise daily to increase your lifespan by 3 years.

Mind over Madness

Before you walk into the gym and load up 450 lbs on the bar, think about whether or not you can do it with proper form. Chances are that you can’t, so lower the weight and do it the correct way. While these workout tips will be of great help, don’t forget to learn popular nutrition strategies and optimize food intake for optimum health

Controlled studies have shown that yoga for depression and anxiety can be very effective, having a direct, potent and lasting effect on anxiety disorders. One such study involved a group of veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder. They engaged in a program featuring guided meditation, yoga asanas (stretching poses), stress reduction techniques and breathing exercises. After six weeks the group had an overall decrease of 15 points on the Clinician Administered PTSD Scale (CAPS), moving the group from moderate to severe anxiety down to mild through moderate. The improvement was dramatic and the control group showed no improvement.

In a 2005 German study, distressed women who participated in yoga for three months showed a 50 percent drop in depression, a 30 percent drop in anxiety and a 65 percent increase in overall well-being – clear research that shows yoga for depression and anxiety works.

Anxiety is a maladaptive response of the brain, meaning that it serves no practical survival function. Fear, anxiety and an excited nervous system are part of a fight-or-flight response that protects us from danger. Anxiety sufferers experience the same hyperactive nervous system, but they do so in benign situations.

Yoga has been shown to counteract this response. Studies have shown that consistent yoga practice can lead to lower heart rate, lower blood pressure, calm breathing and a relaxed thought process in lieu of an overactive cycle of worries and negative thoughts.

Many anxiety sufferers have a low pain tolerance. Chronic pain is common among many people with anxiety disorders. At the University of Utah, regular yoga practice was shown to correlate with a high pain tolerance. The evidence suggests that by relaxing the mind and body, yoga can reduce the pain-related aspects of anxiety.

These studies are part of a growing pool of research that clearly proves that yoga for depression and anxiety can be positively powerful. With tens of thousands of yoga studios in America, this ancient practice is no longer viewed as a new-age pseudoscience. It can deliver powerful results in the treatment of anxiety and the promotion of a relaxed mind and body. Through yoga, anxiety sufferers can take control of their condition and be proactive about its treatment. By engaging in a regular practice, these people can create permanent changes in the way their brain perceives and responds to stress. This approach tackles the deep, root causes of the disorder to make permanent changes that improve well-being.

It seems that more and more big name supermarkets have a natural foods section with natural food and products. Kroger in particular has pushed its Nature’s Market, now found in more than 1,300 of the 2,500 stores nationwide. With the demand to increase market share for natural foods between competitors, it could mean good news as prices fall slowly but surely.

“Used to be this was all very faddish,” said Gregg Proctor, who heads up natural foods for Kroger’s central division, which includes Indiana. “Not anymore. We’re adding new items constantly because if we don’t get it when it comes out, our competition will.”

According to the Nutrition Business Journal, natural food sales grew eight percent in 2010 compared to the less than one percent growth in the $630 billion total U.S. Food market nationwide. It also grew, on average, by five percent every year from 2005 to 2009.

Kroger in Cincinnati has made a point to focus on natural foods, which makes sense considering it has seen sales double in the last four years in this area.

With those figures, it seems to be obvious there is a race to natural foods among the nation’s largest grocers. Many supermarkets are ramping up promotions and offerings, even launching their own brands of natural foods and products. The benefit to the consumer of not only selection and abundance, is price. The more these large supermarkets try to compete in this sector means falling prices.

“Make no mistake, there is a definite price differential,” said Meg Major, editor-in-chief of Progressive Grocer, a trade publication covering the industry. “But as that once small segment is growing bigger and bigger, it has not only raised awareness but affordability.”

“Our whole food culture is moving in a direction of less preservatives, less processed and just the whole ingredient count is so much more on people’s minds,” Major said.

The hurdle in this category: education. The difference between organic and natural can be a confusing one as natural foods are not regulated, unlike organic foods that are regulated by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Organic foods are also produced with strict rules and guidelines, holding farmers and manufacturers accountable to abide by these regulations.

Not having any regulations leaves it up to the manufacturer to define the meaning of “natural foods.”

In the end, it is still up to consumers to educate themselves on labels and what they purchase at supermarkets. However, with demand in this sector increasing, it is nice to see large retailers offering healthy alternatives and striving to increase their selection.

Everyone knows that exercise leads to a healthy body, strong muscles, reduced stress, and weight loss. But what many people don’t consider is what happens on an internal level after exercise is complete. The number of techniques or strategies which could be implemented into your workout for greater achievement is endless. Some people think that steady, long, low-intensity workouts provide the best results, but this isn’t true. Jogging is a healthy activity, and walking may even be better, but rigorous exercise has a more profound impact on an effect that occurs in your body following exercise known as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption in order to take care of what’s referred to as oxygen debt.

Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption

EPOC refers to the rate of oxygen consumed in order to return to a homeostasis state and ‘fix’ the body’s oxygen debt. Although a light worker does trigger EPOC, the effect is bound to be more powerful and continue for a longer period of time after a vigorous workout. After performing a low-intensity workout, the body’s demand for oxygen simply isn’t as pertinent.

To attain a higher demand for oxygen and use more oxygen in the process of a workout, a high-intensity, anaerobic exercise should be performed. For every liter of oxygen consumed, approximately 5 calories are burned, making high intensity workouts trigger a greater oxygen debt, EPOC response. Exercising hard enough to cause heavy breathing is the level to aim for.

Oxygen Debt and the Effect of EPOC

In addition to returning to a homeostasis state, the body releases energy at a higher rate. During this time period, the body begins to restore itself.

Replenishing it’s Energy Resources – Your body needs to replenish it’s energy, especially immediate sources of energy. To do this, your body taps into what’s known as the phosphagen system and restores the creatine phosphate and ATP. In addition, lactic acid is being reconverted to glucose, and muscle glycogen levels are being restored during this process.

Re-oxygenating the Blood & Renewing Circulatory Hormones - Energy is expended in order to re-oxygenate the blood for excess oxygen use. In addition, circulatory hormones which become elevated after exercise return to normal levels.

Decrease in Temperature – Energy is expended in an attempt to go back to normal body temperature.

Rebound to Normal Heart Rate – In an attempt to return to a normal heart and breathing rate, the body expends energy at an increased level.

When is oxygen debt mostly experienced?

Research suggests that maximal EPOC response is generated through the following list with 1 being the most effective method and 3 being the least effective method. In terms of EPOC response, the amount of elevation of oxygen consumption and the lasting effects are based on the length and intensity of the workout. Here are ways to ignite higher EPOC response.

Highly intense resistance workouts

Highly intense cardiovascular workouts

Highly intense cardiovascular workouts revolving around interval training

High-intensity interval training, or HIIT, is one intense interval training workout proven to stimulate greater EPOC response.

There are certain aerobic exercises such as cycling that may bring forth a lesser magnitude (amount of increased oxygen consumption) and duration (length of increased oxygen consumption) of EPOC than heavy weight training based on research conducted.

Want to know how to avoid dementia? Just change your diet. Once again, science is substantiating what many of us already know—that diet can prevent disease, and that fruits and vegetables provide a far reaching range of benefits—specifically, that a group of compounds within produce could help protect people from Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia.

How to Avoid Dementia with Food

Dr. Robert Williams of Kings College in London spoke at the British Pharmacological Society’s Summer Meeting a few years ago highlighting the potential benefits of flavonoids found in vegetables, fruits and red wine. The research shows how to avoid dementia and related diseases through simple dietary changes, with these flavonoids being able delay the onset of Alzheimer’s.

He says his own research has countered many previously held beliefs that such antioxidants were broken down by the body before they could have any beneficial effect on the brain. Also, some clinical trials on other antioxidants showed little benefits on dementia symptoms or prevention, further boosting skepticism.

He says, however, that flavonoids don’t only act as antioxidants, but “exert their biological effects through other mechanisms,” according to phys.org. Limited studies looking at the effects of green tea flavonoids and those found in grapes can potentially reduce brain pathology and even possibly improve cognition.

Dr. Williams’ research has focused on a specific flavonoid, known as epicatechin.

“We have found that epicatechin protects brain cells from damage but through a mechanism unrelated to its antioxidant activity and shown in laboratory tests that it can also reduce some aspects of Alzheimer’s disease pathology… This is interesting because epicatechin and its breakdown products are measurable in the bloodstream of humans for a number of hours after ingestion and it is one of the relatively few flavonoids known to access the brain suggesting it has the potential to be bioactive in humans.”

His research is admittedly limited at this time and Dr. Williams says that further research is needed to better know what specifically is causing the protective effect.

“The challenge now is to identify the single flavonoid or combination of flavonoids that exert the most positive effects and to define the mechanisms of action and optimal quantity required before embarking on clinical trials to treat their effectiveness in dementia.”

Not only is fruit and vegetables consumption the answer for how to avoid dementia, but consuming these foods could also make you more attractive.
